ICE Degree Invalid After May 2013 , Institution of Civil Engineers ( Order by AICTE )
The punjab state government on Feb 09 2020 , clarified that Engineering Degrees & diplomas awarded by Institution of Civil Engineers , Ludhiana after May 31st 2013 , were not valid .
The Chief Secretary’s office said that the decision had been taken following the order of All India Council of Technical Education ( AICTE ).
The Council had ruled that it had decided to “ recognise equivalence of all purposes, including higher education and employment to technical courses conducted by various professional institutions duly recognised by the HRD Ministry with permanent recognition up to May 31 , 2013 “.
so if you are planning to take admission on ICE for degree / diploma courses from Ludhiana , think twice because validity is up to May 31 , 2013 .
