Educational Qualification:
Manager (Accounts):
- Must possess Degree with CA Inter /ICWA Inter.
Manager (Engg):
- Must possess a Degree in Electrical & Electronics / Electronics & Instrumentation / Electrical & Instrumentation / Electronics and Communication / Automobile / Mechanical Engineering from recognized University.
Deputy Manager (Dairying):
- Must possess Degree with IDD / NDD or post Graduate Degree in Dairy Science / Dairying or B.Tech. in food Technology / Dairy Technology / Food processing from any approved institutions.
Deputy Manager (System):
- Must possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Information Technology) / (Computer Science) / Master of Computer Applications from a recognized University.
Deputy Manager (Civil):
- Must possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering.
Extension Officer Grade-II:
- Must be a graduate in any discipline and have passed in Cooperative Training and completion of 10 years of service in MPCS. (or) candidate should pass in 10th std. / SSLC exam or its equivalent and have passed in Cooperative
- Training with 15 years of experience in MPCS.
- Should have remaining service of minimum 5 years. Exemption for holders of degree in B.A (Co.op) or B.Com (Co.op) from passing Co-operative Training.
Technician (Boiler):
- Pass in 8th Std. Must possess Boiler Attendant Certificate Gr.II / Gr.III issued by the Director of Boiler, Chennai to operate boilers as per the norms prescribed by the authority.
- Pass in SSLC, or its equivalent. ITI Certificate in Refrigeration & Air conditioner Mechanic with NTC (or) Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
Senior Factory Assistant:
- Must have passed 12th (or) Must possess ITI in any trade.
Drivers (H.V.D):
- Must have passed 8th std or its equivalent.
- Must be in possession of valid Driving License to drive Heavy Vehicles. Must possess a minimum 3 years of experience as Heavy Vehicle Driver
Drivers (L.V.D):
- Must have passed 8th std. Must be in possession of a valid Driving License to drive Light Vehicles.
- Must have minimum of 3 years of experience as Light Vehicle Driver.
Age Limit (as on 1 January/ 1 July):
- For Extension Officer – Gr. II – no age limit
- For other posts – up to 30 years

Aavin Recruitment Selection Process:
- Selection process for the post of Manager (Accounts), Manager (Engineering),
Deputy Manager (Dairying), Deputy Manager (System), Deputy Manager (Civil), Extension
Officer Gr.II, Technician (Refrigeration) and Senior Factory Assistants will be based on written test and oral test of 100 marks. - For the post of Technician (Boiler) selection will be based on on oral test only.
- For the post of Driver (HVD / LVD), selection will be based on testing of their driving ability only.
