SJVN Limited Recruitment 2021 : – SJVN Limited is inviting online applications to fill the posts of Junior Field Engineers, Field Officer, Junior Field Officer. Junior Field Engineers are recruited in the disciplines of Civil, Mechanical, and Electrical. There are 64 vacancies available. All India Nationals are Eligible, Diploma, MBA, CA fresher candidates are eligible to apply for the post. Posts of Field Officers are to be filled on All India basis
Junior Field Engineers/Officers only domiciles of following states are eligible for applying:
Regional basis- Uttarakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Himachal Pradesh, Punjab, Haryana, Ladakh, Jammu & Kashmir and Chandigarh
Salary Details:
- Field Officer – Rs.60000/-
- Junior Field Engineer/ Junior Field Officer – Rs.45000/-
The engagement to the concerned posts is purely on temporary and contract basis for a period of 5 years.

Detailed Eligibility:
Educational Qualification:
Field Officer (Human Resource):
Candidates must complete Graduation with two years full time MBA/Post Graduate Diploma with specialization in Personnel/HR
Field Officer (Finance & accounts):
CA/ICWA-CMA/Two years full time MBA with specialization in Finance.
Junior Field Engineer (Civil):
Candidates must complete Full time Diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
Junior Field Engineer (Electrical):
Candidates must complete Full time Diploma in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
Junior Field Engineer ( Mechanical ):
Candidates must complete Full Time Diploma in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized University/ Institute.
Junior Field Officer (Human Resource):
Candidates must complete Graduate with one/two-year Full time Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Personnel Management/Social Works/ Labor Welfare/ Business Management/ Office Management/ Public Administration.
Junior Field Officer (Finance & Accounts):
Candidates must complete Inter-CA or Inter-CMA (Simple Pass) or full time M.Com.
Junior Field Officer(Official Language):
Candidates must complete Full time Master’s Degree of a recognized University in Hindi with English as a main subject at the Bachelor’s Degree level.
Age Limit:
Age must be maximum 30 years as on 24-08-2021.
Relaxation in Age Limits:
- For SC/ST: 5 years
- For OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years
- For PWDs: 10 years
SJVN Recruitment 2021 Selection Procedure:
- Selection process consists of Computer Based Test followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview for the posts of Field Officer
- For Junior Field Engineer/ Officer Posts, selection involves only computer based examination
Computer Based Test Pattern:
Field Officer:
The test will be in two parts, Part-I will consist of 120 multiple choice questions of the relevant discipline and Part-II will consist of 30 multiple choice questions on Executive Aptitude.
Junior Field Engineer/ Officer:
The test will be in two parts, Part-I will consist of 70 multiple choice questions of the relevant discipline and Part-II will consist of 30 multiple choice questions on General Aptitude except for Official Language where Part -I (a) & (b) shall consist of 60 questions on translation, Part-I(c) shall consist of 25 questions on Hindi Literature and Part-II shall consist of 15 questions on General Aptitude.
Application Fee:
- For General – Rs.600/-
- SC/ST/PWD candidates are exempted from the payment of Application Fee
- Fee must be paid through online mode.
