NTPC & ONGC recruitment 2021 without GATE :
New Delhi, 7th March, 2021: On Women’s Day, NTPC Ltd, India’s largest integrated power company announces plans for recruiting only women executives as a special recruitment drive across its areas of operations. This will further strengthen women power in India’s largest power generation company.
Such recruitment drive will further enhance gender diversity as parameter for NTPC. NTPC has been working at improving its gender ratio wherever possible. To attract more woman applicants, number of innovative initiatives have been taken. The application fee at the time of recruitment is completely waived-off for women employees. To support women workforce, NTPC adheres to policies like Child Care Leave with Pay, Maternity Leave, Sabbatical leave and NTPC Special Child Care Leave on Adoption of a Child/Delivering Child through Surrogacy. NTPC has also introduced special facilities at work like Child Care Facilities and Crèche Facility to make life of mother’s convenient at work.
Additionally, Special counselling session are arranged for women employees, special initiatives are taken for developing leadership/managerial competencies of women employees etc.

ONGC special recruitment without gate 2021 :
Oil and Natural Gas Corporation, ONGC also announces a special recruitment drive on Women’s Day 2021 to fill the gender diversity gap. ONGC has been recruiting 100 women executives in its technical streams in every batch of recruitments.
Every single opportunity created for women will enhance the overall development of the country. Women’s Day 2021 is proving to be the path-breaking direction for women empowerment.
ONGC, on the other hand, hired around 500 women in its last five recruitment drives. “Some 80% of these 500 women recruited are from technical streams like drilling, production, geology, and geophysics, etc.,” ONGC Director (HR) Alka Mittal told the Times of India. Mittal is the first woman director on the ONGC board.
NTPC & ONGC will soon release the notification for the special recruitment drive for women executives. Women’s Day 2021 announcements will work towards filling the gender diversity gap.
