IIAP Recruitment 2021 Job Description:

Detailed Eligibility:

Educational Qualification: 

• Candidates must complete Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical/ Production Engineering from a UGC/ AICTE recognized University/ Institute with minimum 60% of marks.
• Final Year not eligible

Skills Required ( Desirable ) :

Candidates should have knowledge and experience in the following streams.

• Manufacturing processes;
• Mechanical drawings;
• Measuring tools like Vernier, Caliper, Micrometer, etc;
• GD&T;
• Microsoft Office and CAD tools like Solid works

Age Limit:

• Candidates age must be maximum 26 years.
• Age shall be reckoned as on 28th July 2021
• Age relaxation is provided to the candidates as per the rules of Government.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conducting study of production documents like mechanical drawings, process sheets, inspection reports, etc.
• Preparation and Review of reports based on the study of the above mentioned documents.
• Regular interaction with manufacturing vendors.
• Procurement and shipment related activities.
• Candidate may need to work closely with the ITCC/TMTPO team members and Indian industries involved in the production of hardware systems and their testing.
• A positive performance in this role will lead to increased responsibilities. Job may require frequent travels within the city and outstation.

IIAP Selection Procedure:

• Candidates are selected to the interview based on their academic score in the qualifying examination
• Shortlisted candidates will be invited for interview.
• Outstation candidates called for interview will be reimbursed to and fro train/bus fare by the shortest route limited to second sleeper class railway fare on production of tickets.
