Aavin Recruitment 2020 – Kancheepuram – Thiruvallur District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Union invites applications for the post of Deputy Manager, Senior Factory Assistant for 07 vacancies, candidates with the educational background of B.E/B.Tech/ITI/12th can apply for this post and Virudhunagar District Cooperative Milk Producers Union for the post of Deputy Manager / Factory Assistant .
About Aavin Milk:
Tamilnadu Co-operative Milk Producers’ Federation Limited (Generally called as Aavin milk) is formed/registered on 1 February 1981 in Tamilnadu Government, and it operates under the Dairy Development Department, Tamil Nadu. Aavin milk does commercial activities such as Milk Procurement, Processing, Chilling, packing and sale of milk to the consumers, etc. This department also sells Milk products to consumers across Tamilnadu. There are 17 District Co-operative Milk Producers’ Unions functioning in Tamil Nadu, covering 30 Districts in Tamilnadu. They are Kancheepuram-Tiruvallur, Villupuram, Vellore, Dharmapuri, Salem, Erode, Coimbatore, Nilgiris, Madurai, Dindigul, Trichy, Thanjavur, Pudukkottai, Sivagangai, Virudhunagar, Tirunelveli, Kanyakumari.

Aavin announces the recruitment notification based on the vacancies available in different unions and the information published in each union individually. There are two kinds of the application process in Aavin they are Direct Recruitment or Recruitment through Employment Exchange. For direct Recruitment, candidates need to apply individually. Aavin is having vacancies for both the freshers and the experience. Aavin invites application for the post of Heavy Vehicle Driver and Deputy Manager.

Educational Qualification:
For Deputy Manager (System):
- Candidates should possess Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Information Technology) / (Computer Science) / Master of Computer Applications from a recognized University.
For Deputy Manager (Civil):
- Candidates must possess a Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
For Senior Factory Assistant:
- Candidates should pass +2 (or)
- Must possess ITI in any trade
Age Limit (as on as on 01.01.2020):
Maximum age:
For Deputy Manager:
- SC/SCA/ST/MBC/DNC/BC: No Age Limit
- OC: 30 years
For Senior Factory Assistant:
- SC/SCA/ST: 35 years
- MBC/DNC/BC: 32 years
- OC: 30 years
Age Relaxation up to 10 years for differently-abled candidates for all categories.
Post-Wise Vacancies:
- Deputy Manager (System): 01 post
- Deputy Manager (Civil): 01 post
- Senior Factory Assistant: 05 posts
Pay Scale:
- Deputy Manager: Rs. 35,900/-
- Senior Factory Assistant: Rs. 15,700/-
Aavin Recruitment Selection Process:
The selection will be made in two successive stages, viz.
- Written Examination – Objective type questions on English knowledge, Test of Reasoning and Quantitative Aptitude, General Knowledge and subject knowledge.
- Oral Test – Oral test in the form of an interview in respect of candidates who have secured top marks in the written test
