More than 200 posts of engineers will be recruited for the construction of the Ganga Expressway, an ambitious project of the UP government, which is going to be built at a cost of 36,402 crores. Additional Chief Secretary of Industrial Development Department Alok Kumar has issued an order in this regard. Eligible candidates will be recruited for the posts of Engineer, Assistant Engineer, Executive Engineer and Superintendent Engineer. Official notification regarding this recruitment will also be released soon.
The 594 km long Ganga Expressway mega project will require a large number of engineers, tehsildars, accountants, accountants, forest officers and computer operators for which around 211 posts will be created. The official of the department has also informed that the land of Gram Sabha will also be given free to UP UP for the express way. In every package of the expressway, 48 junior engineer civilians will be deployed according to the four. 36 Assistant Engineer, 16 Executive Engineer, 04 Superintendent Engineer and 02 Chief Engineer Civil will be deployed.
Let us know that on Thursday 26 November, the UP Government has approved the Ganga Expressway Project which will be constructed at a cost of 36,402 crores and will connect Haridwar to Prayagraj and Meerut, Hapur, Bulandshahar, Amroha, Sambhal, Shahjahanpur, Hardoi, Unnao and Rai will pass through Bareilly. To raise the necessary funds for this project, the state government has also decided to monetize the Agra-Lucknow Expressway.
The state government says that the construction of the expressway will not only make it easy to travel from Haridwar to Prayagraj along the Ganges, but it will also play an important role in the social and economic development of the state.
गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे जैसी मेगा परियोजना के लिए बड़ी तादाद में अभियंता, तहसीलदार, लेखपाल, लेखाकार, वन अधिकारी व कम्यूप्टर आपरेटर की जरूरत पड़ेगी। इसके लिए करीब 211 पदों का सृजन किया जाएगा। यह सभी कार्मिक यूपीडा को दिए जाएंगे। एक्सप्रेसवे के लिए यूपीडा को ग्राम सभा की जमीन भी मुफ्त दी जाएगी।
औद्योगिक विकास विभाग के अपर मुख्य सचिव आलोक कुमार ने गुरुवार को आदेश जारी कर दिया। इसके मुताबिक वित्त, लेखा , राजस्व व अन्य क्षेत्र के कार्मिकों के लिए पदों का सृजन अलग प्रस्ताव के जरिए वित्त विभाग की सहमति से किया जाएगा। इसमें एक्सप्रेस-वे के हर पैकेज में चार-चार के हिसाब से 48 जूनियर इंजीनियर सिविल तैनात होंगे। 36 सहायक अभियंता, 16 अधिशासी अभियंता, 4 अधीक्षण अभियंता, दो मुख्य अभियंता सिविल तैनात होंगे।
परियोजना के संपूर्ण प्रबंधन व नियंत्रक अधिकारी के तौर पर एक प्रमुख अभियंता बतौर वरिष्ठ महाप्रबंधक सिविल तैनात होगा। इसके अलावा 5 उपजिलाधिकारी, 12 तहसीलदार व चार लेखपाल तैनात होंगे। यह सब जमीन अधिग्रहण का काम देखेंगे। 16 लेखाकार, दो लेखाधिकारी व एक वित्त अधिकारी मुख्यालय पर तैनात होंगे। यूटीलिटी शिफ्टिंग के दौरान पेड़ गिराने, उसके एवज में वृक्षारोपण, व अन्य काम के लिए 12 फारेस्टर, डिप्टी रेंजर,उप वृक्षारोपण अधिकारी , दो क्षेत्रीय वनाधिकारी व एक सहायक वन संरक्षक तैनात होंगे। इसके अलावा 46 कम्प्यूटर आपरेट, लिपिक व 50 अनुसेवक भी रखे जाएंगे।
अब जल्द पैसा जुटाने का चलेगा अभियान
परियोजना के लिए धन जुटाने के वास्ते बैंकों से कर्ज लिया जाएगा। अतिरिक्त आमदनी के लिए आगरा लखनऊ एक्सप्रेसवे के टोल टैक्स का मोनेटाइजेशन यानी मुद्रीकरण किया जाएगा। इससे गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे परियोजना के लिए 4500 करोड़ रुपये मिल जाएंगे। इस काम के लिए जल्द सलाहकार का चयन होगा। इसके साथ ही आईडीसी की अध्यक्षता में हाईपावर कमेटी बनेगी। इसकी अनुशंसा पर निर्णय लेने के लिए मुख्यमंत्री अधिकृत होंगे।
गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे परियोजना में अब जल्द यह काम होंगे
–कैबिनेट से निर्णय होने के बाद अब डीपीआर का मूल्याकंन कराया जाएगा
–जून से निर्माण कार्य शुरू होगा। इससे पहले 12 जिलों के 529 गांव में जमीन अधिग्रहण का काम छह महीने में करना होगा।
–पहले गंगा एक्सप्रेसवे परियोजना को पीपीपी माडल पर चलाने की प्रक्रिया शुरू की जाएगी।
विदेशी निवेश पर भी विचार किया जाएगा।
–संसाधन जुटाने के लिए वित्तीय कंपनियों को तलाशने व लाने का काम एसबीआई कैपिटल मार्केट को दिया गया है। इसके बदले उसे बतौर फीस 50 लाख रुपये सरकार देगी।
